**Description:** About the Role:
This position is for a Chief Engineering Manager for the JASSM program in the Strike Systems program area. The successful candidate will report to the JASSM Platform Integration and FMS Chief Engineer programmatically and be expected to work closely with the other members of the JASSM Chief Engineering staff to ensure synergy across tasks and to communicate lessons learned, as well as other Strike Systems Chief Engineers to ensure cross program collaboration.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Providing technical leadership that enables the team to meet and demonstrate all milestones on schedule
• Providing Technical and Programmatic leadership/oversight on new JASSM platform integration efforts across both USG and FMS customers.
• Provide leadership/oversight for JASSM FMS development to include existing customers, as well as new missile variant development and capture efforts.
