Orchid Development is a division of the Flowers Group of Companies. It manages and provides maintenance services for Cricket Square properties, Flowers Apartments, Middle Ground Apartments, the Eucalyptus Building, and Orchid Village rental properties. In addition, maintenance services are also provided to The Club and Flowers Restauranteurs, including kitchens and associated food and beverage outlets.

The Janitor position involves maintaining buildings in a clean and orderly condition and performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing carpets, washing walls and windows, and removing rubbish. Responsibilities also include cleaning and restocking designated building areas, performing routine maintenance tasks, reporting needed repairs to management, and completing heavy‑duty cleaning projects as required.
