Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, AVIXA CTS, MSCE or ICDL (or willingness to obtain) are advantageous.
Previous experience having worked in an IT support or AV technical role, or a similar field, is essential.
A solid knowledge of Windows/macOS environments, IP networking, and basic troubleshooting is required for this role.
Familiarity with common AV tools and integration, for example, HDMI, audio cabling, and conferencing systems, is required for this role.
Proven hands-on experience with networking fundamentals and AV equipment is required.
Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensure smooth technology operations across offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
