We are seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management Consultant to design and implement a best practice IT Vendor Management Framework for a global real estate organisation.

This engagement will begin with a rapid discovery phase and progress through framework design and practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct IT vendor management maturity assessment;
• Structure the RFP/RFI processes;
• Design, implement and get to stabilisation for the IT Vendor Management framework
• Define governance, vendor segmentation, KPIs, and processes for vendor selection, onboarding and off boarding;
• Establish SLA, risk, financial and performance management controls;
• Develop templates, playbooks, and reporting dashboards;
• Support implementation and stakeholder enablement.
