Job Description

Introduction:

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking for a high calibre professional to join their expanding IT team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily IT and desktop support to users, System setup and patch management, end-user support and office equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • Provide first line IT support service and ensuring that all requirements are met within agreed service targets
  • Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned

    • Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in IT support, IT officer, or similar role
  • Willing and capable to learn new technology 
  • Good interpersonal skills and can-do service attitude.
  • Proactive attitude on troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
