Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Provide IT technical support to end users

  • Responsible for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance

  • Manage server administrations works such as Window AD Server, ERP Server, Antivirus, periodic backup and so on

  • Monitor the integrity and security of the network and infrastructure

  • Provide ERP and POS system administration, training & support

  • Develop various reports (Crystal Reports)

  • Prepare / Generate management reports from IT systems

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in technical support and systems maintenance

  • Strong network concept, windows desktop & server support experience
