About the role

The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a strategic role in sourcing, attracting and selecting the best IT talent to meet the needs of our Information and Communication Systems Section’s rapid growth.

As an individual contributor trusted to advise our leaders at every level and responsible for developing and executing both pre‑hire and post‑hire strategies. The goal is to ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting engagement and retention throughout the first months of employment.
