We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented mid‑level IT Systems & Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Woodmead, Johannesburg. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for daily IT support while managing our hardware assets, ensuring device security, and upholding IT compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a customer‑focused problem solver who excels at both hands‑on technical support and backend administration.

Key Responsibilities IT Support & Issue Resolution Serve as the primary point of contact for Level 1 IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for onsite staff.
