Role

The role of IT Systems Analyst reports to the Manager of Store Technology and focuses on Pharmacy Retail Systems and IT infrastructure. The analyst develops, documents, and deploys new solutions to improve pharmacy retail operations.

Principal Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, design, and develop innovative IT solutions for pharmacy retail systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all IT solutions, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Oversee smooth transition of new IT solutions into production, including testing and user training.
• Monitor and manage the technology infrastructure supporting pharmacy retail, focusing on performance and security.
• Analyze data to find ways to improve pharmacy operations.
