Paper Plus Group | Auckland Support Office, Penrose

This is a sole-charge support role within a small team, suited to someone who is confident working independently, comfortable owning issues through to resolution, and able to balance day-to-day support with project work.

You will provide first and second level technical support across store systems, Office users, hardware, software, user access, remote support tools, and operational systems. Where specialist assistance is required, you will elevate to Level 3 support while continuing to manage the issue through to completion.

• Act as the primary IT support contact for Support Office staff and Paper Plus member stores.
