The client is looking for an End User Services Support technician with a strong, proven technical background and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Our End User Services technicians are expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortable under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will not only be very technical but also have a great personality and ability to build strong relationships with our internal clients and team members. S/he must also be able to provide top tier/white-glove service for C-Level executives and VIPs.
β’ Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
β’ Familiarity with common office applications (e.g., M365 apps, Adobe, Internet browsers)
β’ Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware (e.g., laptops, monitors, routers, audio headsets)
β’ Ability to use Remote Desktop tools (we use BeyondTrust a.k.a. Bomgar)
