Position Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with solid technological base and excellent communication skills. This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems. The IT Support Specialist will ensure seamless IT operations, manage helpdesk tickets, and support users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft 365 (Office 365) applications and user accounts.
Troubleshoot VPN access, and remote desktop issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
