We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven **IT Specialist / Technician** to join a growing team and play a key role in day-to-day technology operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across a broad tech stack—while building toward future leadership.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Provide front-line support for hardware, software, and network issues (remote & onsite)
+ Manage user accounts and security within Active Directory
+ Deploy and configure workstations, support onboarding, and maintain systems
+ Troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolutions
+ Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
