We are looking for an experienced IT Support & Operations Manager to lead our IT support function and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our infrastructure and end-user services.

Reporting to the Head of IT, this is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing day‑to‑day IT operations, supporting business‑critical systems, and delivering a high standard of technical support across the organisation.
