IT Support Technician / IT Manager

Well known IT specialist support company looking for an IT Support Technician/IT Manager role based in Cape Town to service local client base and assist with remote support across the country.

Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for CT operations of IT Company. Telephone, Remote Support and onsite support at various locations around Cape Town. Various installation types, from CCTV to networking, to computer/server setups. Supporting in-house systems and creating SOPs/Documentation for client and HO. Dealing with suppliers, procurement, quoting, and invoicing. Desired Experience & Qualification Good speaking and technical knowledge. A+, N+, and good Microsoft Windows knowledge. Good networking and wireless knowledge, cabling, and CCTV. Remote monitoring tools and remote support tools. Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge / One Drive / Share Point.
