Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, and infrastructure-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Product, Infra, and Service Delivery teams for issue resolution. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and system performance using ITIL best practices. Identify process improvements and optimize monitoring/alerting systems. Create technical documentation, SOPs, and end-user manuals. Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support.
