Job Description
Summary of the Role
The Administrator will be responsible for organising, structuring, and maintaining historical Engineering documents and folders within SharePoint. The role supports the Engineering team by ensuring documentation is accessible, well-categorised, compliant, and aligned to the companys records-management standards.
This individual will play a key role in improving document governance, cleaning up legacy content, and supporting the migration of files to updated SharePoint sites and libraries.
Responsibilities
- Sorting and organising historical Engineering folders and documents on SharePoint to ensure information is accessible and well-structured
- Updating the Engineering landing page on the Vault. Content will be provided, and the contractor will be expected to structure the information and layout to enhance usability
