JOB SUMMARY

This position is vital part in supporting the Head of Strategic Planning, Performance & Communication by contributing to the development and execution of IT strategies, performance management frameworks, and communication plans. It offers broad exposure across strategic planning, research, performance management, communication, and change management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning

• Assist in conducting research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Support the development and maintenance of the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with DTD programs initiatives and business objectives.
• Participate in strategic discussions with DTD Management and stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical information into clear and concise messages for various audiences.
