Description

• Troubleshoot and repair both hardware and software issues for computers
• Set up computers, installation, configuration and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Provide help desk support to employees for technical concerns
• Maintain IT asset inventory and create/update documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
