Job Description Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT-related issues and software applications.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects including upgrades, deployments and migrations.

Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in general IT support and system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
