Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supported Account Managers in delivering technical positioning of Cisco networking and cybersecurity solutions to channel partners
- Assisted in solution sizing, architecture design, and BOM preparation to ensure accurate proposals
- Provided technical support for RFQs/RFPs, improving quotation accuracy and turnaround time
- Executed product demonstrations, POC deployments, and lab testing to validate solutions
- Delivered technical enablement sessions to enhance partner product knowledge
- Partnered with vendor teams to strengthen sales pipeline and contribute to quarterly GP achievement
