Offer: 33,000 - 40,000



Qualifications:



- Must have good communication skills (Voice call troubleshooting experience)

- Technical experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Windows desktops

- Familiarity with Group Policy, PowerShell, Citrix XenApp, and Microsoft Azure/O365.

- Knowledge of networking, virtualization, IIS, and operating systems.

- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, or Office 365.

- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

- Experience with ticketing systems.

- Working understanding of cybersecurity best practices
