Lead the IT department's operations, staff, and improvement initiatives. Ensure reliable day-to-day service delivery while planning and executing projects that modernize infrastructure, reduce technical debt, and align technology capabilities with business goals. Serve as the primary technical leader on-site, collaborating with the remote CTO to turn technology strategy into concrete plans and results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in any STEM field is preferred but proven equivalent work experience will be gladly considered.
• Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility, including at least 3 years in people leadership, in IT Operations and/or project roles.
