The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison representing one executive agency, agency stakeholders, and external vendors to support the lift‑and‑shift of the existing career and training recruitment portal, while also leading planning and discussions around future enhancements and API integrations with existing state services. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end project and requirements management, including project planning, scope definition, timeline coordination, risk and issue management, and status reporting, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints. The IT PM/BA will engage a diverse and complex group of stakeholders, speak to all sides of the story, and effectively elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements, translating them into clear, actionable, and user‑friendly solutions.
