We're looking for a senior, hands-on infrastructure leader who isn't afraid to get into the weeds — someone who can drive project delivery, lead a small engineering team, and still roll up their sleeves when production needs it.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (DC, network, compute, storage, hybrid cloud)
• Lead & develop a team of up to 6 Infrastructure Engineers
• Ensure high availability and security of production systems; own P1/P2 escalations
• Drive ITSM governance, patch/capacity management, and OJK/BI compliance
• Report infrastructure health and project status to the Infra & Ops Head

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure, with 4+ years leading teams or projects
