Mission
Define, implement and operate a unified IT project and portfolio management model across all IT domains (Security, Systems, Functional Applications), ensuring consistent governance, execution excellence and transparency. The role acts as the transversal layer that enables IT to deliver projects efficiently, predictably and aligned with business priorities, while also leading the hands‑on operational management of projects where IT is involved.
