The Senior Program Portfolio Manager, Decision Intelligence, will play a pivotal role in supporting NAPD stakeholder‑driven initiatives. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of selected projects—from initiation and planning through execution and closure—while guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring consistent, transparent communication with both stakeholders and NAPD leadership.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in managing technology initiatives, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as the role requires engaging with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and identify resource needs.
