We are seeking an IT Product Leader to be accountable for our Assumed and Ceded Reinsurance platforms . This role serves as the primary IT relationship owner and delivery lead for the Assumed and Ceded Reinsurance platforms, ensuring that IT services and change initiatives are delivered effectively in line with underwriting priorities, operational requirements, regulatory obligations, and enterprise standards. In close partnership with business and IT teams, this role is responsible for coordinating and driving the delivery of platform enhancements, operational improvements, and priority change initiatives across the reinsurance estate. The role is focused on delivery execution and service oversight , managing demand, supporting end-to-end implementation, and ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Core Systems.
