We’re looking for a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to support our Technical Operations (TechOps) function within a real-time Fusion Center environment in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and documentation skills with practical experience in systems, networking, and operations workflows. This role is fully on-site in a secure facility and plays a key part in capturing and improving the technical backbone of live operations.
