At MELLER, technology plays a key role in how we scale, operate, and work as a company.
We’re looking for an IT Operations Specialist to take ownership of the tools and systems that keep the business running day‑to‑day — from internal IT support to managing key platforms like Shopify, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Klaviyo, and operational tools across the company.
This is a highly hands‑on role with real ownership. You’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Retail, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to ensure our systems run smoothly, problems are solved quickly, and teams can work efficiently without friction.
We’re looking for someone practical, organised, proactive, and comfortable moving across different systems and operational challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
