The IT Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization's entire IT environment — operating under a cloud-first model with no on-premises servers. All identity, email, collaboration, storage, device management, and workflows are deployed on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian.

The IT Operations Intern role offers hands-on experience in a cloud-native IT environment. Interns will directly support end users, assist with basic Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, operate Atlassian tools, and receive 1-on-1 mentorship from experienced engineers.
