IT Officer/IT Support Specialist

Qualifications:

National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field Strong MS SQL Server Skills Advanced Excel Skills Programming Skills (VBA, C#, ASP, NET, Phyton) Minimum 5-8 Years' experience in IT Support or IT Administration Role Experience within a Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse or FMCG Industry Proficient in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 Knowledge of Printers, CCTV Systems, Biometric Systems & Access Control Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems & Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge of Networking Principles, Routers, Switches & Wireless Systems Hardware Troubleshooting & Software Installations experience Exposure to Cybersecurity Practices & Data Protection Principles Responsibilities Providing Technical Support & Assistance to employees.
