We are seeking an experienced and handson IT Manager to lead our technology operations, oversee cloud and security infrastructure, and build a new IT team. This role requires both strategic leadership and the willingness to roll up sleeves to provide daily IT support across all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize cloud services to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Oversee DigiVault systems with strict data security, compliance, and access control.
Drive cyber security initiatives, policies, and incident response readiness.
Develop, document, and enforce IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide handson IT support across Levels 1-3, resolving daily technical issue
Build, mentor, and lead a new IT team to support organizational growth.
Balance strategic leadership with willingness to 'get hands dirty' in everyday IT operations.
