The Osoyoos Indian Band Development Corporation (OIBDC) is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Department Manager to provide leadership and oversight for all information technology operations across OIBDC and its business entities. This role is responsible for developing and leading the organization's technology strategy, ensuring secure and reliable technology systems, supporting business growth initiatives, and creating long-term technology solutions that align with organizational goals and priorities.

The IT Department Manager serves as the senior lead for technology planning, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business systems, policy development, and operational effectiveness.

The position provides leadership to the IT Department while working collaboratively with Executive Leadership, managers, and departments to ensure technology supports the overall needs of the organization.
