INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (IT)
Location: Olifantsfontein, (Midrand/Centurion area) Gauteng Duties & Responsibilities IT Qualification (MUST have) MS Office ERP System experience: SAP BPM Office 365 experience Solid knowledge of MPLS VLAN configuration DMZ's Good understanding of VRF's/routing protocols Solid knowledge of Network (N+) Good understanding of VOIP MCP will be an Advantage, but not Mandatory Ensure that IT users' equipment and IT infrastructure/Network perform at required levels at all times Training users on new systems or software applications Support to users Provide 2nd Level Network Support Ensuring backups for systems are performed Maintain/Repair equipment, including printers & scanners Managing Service Level Agreements Analysing and Assessing Helpdesk - Ensure all calls logged on Help Desk Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified Package & Remuneration
