Job Description

Overall Purpose Of The Job

To lead and manage all Information and Communication Technology (ICT) operations at the Delhi site, ensuring 24/7 availability of infrastructure, applications, and communication systems. The role includes strategic planning, hands-on technical support, project leadership, and alignment with regional and corporate IT standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities


IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Ensure uninterrupted availability of network infrastructure, EPABX systems, and telecommunication services.

  • Maintain secure, efficient, and cost-effective ICT systems in compliance with corporate and regional guidelines.

  • Provide 24/7 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues at Delhi site.
