Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Leadership & Execution Drive end-to-end execution of multiple IT infrastructure projects/programs, ensuring alignment with governance, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Own project planning, tracking, and delivery governance across the assigned sub-team. Ensure consistent use of project management frameworks, tools, and standards. 2. Sub-Team Management Lead and manage a group of Project Managers (onshore/offshore). Set priorities, allocate resources, and balance workloads across projects. Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members. Actively uplift team capability and delivery discipline. Act as deputy for Team Lead in leadership forums, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagements. Support in defining team strategy, priorities, and delivery roadmap.
