Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Leadership & Execution

• Drive end-to-end execution of multiple IT infrastructure projects/programs, ensuring alignment with governance, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Own project planning, tracking, and delivery governance across the assigned sub-team.
• Ensure consistent use of project management frameworks, tools, and standards.

2. Sub-Team Management

• Lead and manage a group of Project Managers (onshore/offshore).
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and balance workloads across projects.
• Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members.
• Actively uplift team capability and delivery discipline.
• Act as deputy for Team Lead in leadership forums, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
