HR SG PTE. LTD. is looking for an IT Support Officer for the Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre (SATCC). You will handle operational incident management including logging incidents, performing preliminary checks, and escalating unresolved matters.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable, and will work rotating 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. Experience in IT or related fields is preferred, but candidates with strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
