In this role you will work the ticket cue, help with end of lease and answer incoming calls. There are in person duties with end clients and the potential to assist with telecommunication projects.
Contract Duration: 6 months **Required Skills & Experience**

+ High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
+ 2-4 years' experience installing, configuring and resolving complex PC support issues
+ Should possess strong customer service skills and good verbal communications skills.
+ Should posses strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Windows, O365 and Active Directory.
+ Should possess good analytical/trouble shooting skills.
+ Previous ticketing system experience is nice to have.
