This IT BA is will be someone who serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex healthcare business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions. This role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, developing detailed technical specifications, and creating comprehensive process maps to support process improvement initiatives.
