Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive IT governance frameworks aligned with industry standards
Develop IT policies, procedures, and standards across the organisation
Create governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives
Monitor compliance with IT-related regulations
Conduct IT risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Oversee IT audit activities and coordinate with internal/external auditors
