Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Infrastructure team to understand cost drivers related to IT infrastructure services
• Develop and implement a standardized Excel-based template for budgeting and forecasting IT expenses
• Analyze historical IT cost data to identify patterns and support forecasting assumptions
• Align financial structures with IT service components (e.g., infrastructure, hosting, licenses, support)
• Work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to validate budget logic and forecasting methodology
• Ensure the template is scalable, user-friendly, and suitable for recurring budgeting cycles
• Support documentation of assumptions, calculation logic, and usage guidelines
• Provide recommendations to improve transparency and consistency in IT financial planning
