Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Regular travel between Eurofins Forensics UK sites will be required.

As IT Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on IT support services to users across UK Eurofins Forensic Services locations. The role ensures end user computing, laboratory IT equipment, and site-based technology operate reliably, securely, and in line with operational and compliance requirements.

In addition to day to day support activities, the role contributes to IT projects by supporting site-based deployments, technology refresh programmes, upgrades, and operational change initiatives.
