Job Description
Act as single point of contact to develop, manage and enhance relationships with key business/ function stakeholders, actively managing their expectations and satisfaction, ensuring demand generated is properly captured and channeled through the right decision‑making processes
Highlight/identify proactively opportunities and gaps in existing functionality and IT Services, reviewing requirements and ensuring relevant stakeholders are involved
