Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility of the purchase-to-pay process for all IT purchases
• Tracking of purchase requests vs budget and the tracking of invoices vs purchase orders
• Creation of purchase requisitions and service entry sheets
• Invoice verifications for key vendors
• Preparation of the monthly accruals
• Forecasting and budget planning for IT external costs in alignment with the DBS Financial Controller and department heads
• Identification and appropriate escalation discrepancies
• Ownership and management of the invoice inbox and storage

What You Need to Succeed

• Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting
• 3 - 5 years' experience with financial controlling/management in an IT environment
• You have worked with, or have some understanding of IT service/product contractual agreements
