Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1.
Application & System Support (Primary Focus) Act as the main point of contact for all in-house application issues and user support.
Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve system/application issues escalate when required.
Monitor system performance and ensure applications run smoothly and reliably.
Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution based on SLAs.
Support application deployments, patches, and upgrades.

Requirements & Testing Work with users to gather and document business and system requirements.
Translate requirements into clear specifications for developers.
Perform testing (UAT, functional, integration) to ensure system quality.
Log and track bugs, ensuring proper resolution before deployment.
3 . IT Infrastructure & User Support Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, network issues).
Set up and maintain IT equipment, systems, and user accounts.
