We are looking for an Engineer with experience in IT system and networking to be part a team in supporting and keeping our customers systems up and running smoothly 24/7. You should be a self-starter with a keen interest to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support server and network infrastructure.
• Some experience in using Linux Operating System, using Linux commands.
• Some experience in troubleshooting network issues.
• Responsible for patch management (rollout of server patches), systems security hardening and antivirus deployment (rollout, support and monitoring).
• Regular 9x5 support but may be required to be on standby for 7x24 support.
• Expected to work during off-peak hours on system activities.
