This individual will serve as a key partner to IT, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Sourcing teams, supporting the review, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of technology contracts. The role plays a highly visible part in enabling strategic IT initiatives by ensuring agreements align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance.
