IT Commercial Tech Project Manager (Barcelona)



We’re currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in the search for an IT Commercial PM.



This role sits at the intersection of IT, Digital, and Commercial/Medical operations , driving international initiatives across EUCAN & International markets.



Lead and coordinate IT projects supporting product launches and digital initiatives

Manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, budget, timelines, vendors)

Ensure compliance with SDLC, IT Security, and GDPR frameworks

Collaborate across Commercial, Medical, Data & Analytics, and global digital teams

7+ years in IT Project Management / Business Analysis

~ Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies

~ Exposure to Digital, CRM, Data or AI projects

~ Excellent stakeholder management skills in international environments
